LAUNCH OF ‘RATNA DVÍPA’ - QUARTERLY MAGAZINE PUBLISHED BY THE EMBASSY OF SRI LANKA, WASHINGTON DC

A publication of the Embassy of Sri Lanka, Washington DC provides you all the information you need to know about policies, investment and trade in Sri Lanka as well as an interesting take on tourism and culture.

The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Washington DC is pleased to announce the launch of its quarterly magazine - Ratna Dvipa on January 1, 2009.

The magazine provides detailed information on Embassy events and news, as well as an array of articles covering a broad spectrum of topics such as Multilateral Relations, Policy Initiatives of the Government of Sri Lanka, Trade & Investment, Business and Tourism & Culture.

The magazine will be circulated among Government and Non-government organizations in Sri Lanka and the United States of America, other diplomatic missions in Washington DC, Sri Lankan missions around the world and the Sri Lankan diaspora in USA. The objective of the publication is to promote US - Sri Lanka relations, as well as to enhance the involvement of other institutions and organizations with the Embassy.

With the first issue, the Embassy encourages its readers to provide any comments or suggestions for future issues, in order to present a better publication.
