“COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMME”

In line with the Government’s initiative in reaching out the Sri Lankans living abroad, the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Washington D.C., in collaboration with the Sri Lankan community in the State of Georgia, has organized one day “Community Outreach Programme” on Saturday 14th November 2009.

The Ambassador and Senior Officials of the Embassy will be visiting State of Georgia to share the latest information on Sri Lanka’s post conflict development efforts, humanitarian assistance program in the North, trade, investment and tourism, including investing in Treasury Bonds / Bills, Non Resident Foreign Currency and Resident Foreign Currency accounts.

This will also be an opportunity for you to renew or apply for New Passports, sort out any issues pertaining to your Birth Registrations, Citizenship, Dual Citizenship, Pensions etc.
